1-on-1 Online Health Coaching
How It Works:
You can contact me by clicking the button on the right, and fill out a couple of details including your general goals. I’ll tell you more about what I do and how I can help, available packages, and you can even request to schedule a free 10-15 minute consultation call, and we can decide if we’re a right fit. (Yes, this is completely online, so you can be based anywhere in the world!) If we decide to move forward and work together, we’ll have an initial call where we go through a questionnaire and I get a better sense of things like your values, preferences, health history, etc. and use that to outline the entire action plan which will include both nutrition guidance and a specially designed workout program for your individual needs, goals, and abilities.

Please note that I can only work with a maximum of 15 clients at any given time. To ensure quality of service, I am unable to accept more clients than that. If I am unable to take you on at the time, I’ll add you to a waiting list to immediately be informed once a spot frees up. Thank you for understanding!
